  • Do you think that customers should be able to be self-supporting online, for example through mobile apps, instruction video's, helpful FAQ's etc. instead of being held up on the phone for hours?

  • Are you international orientated? Do you want to work with a small, international team and customers from 14 different countries in Europe?

  • Are you interested in the newest AV accessories, with connected mobile apps and integrated Bluetooth technology?

Universal Electronic is the global market leader in wireless technologies. Under the brand One for All (www.oneforall.com) we sell a.o.t. universal remotes, digital antennas, Bluetooth Music Receivers in consumer electronics shops (like Media Markt, Amazon, Coolblue etc.) around the world.


One For All Global HQ is located in Enschede and has departments involving Sales, Marketing & Communications, Product Management and Customer Support. Everything is managed from the top floor in the office building: product design & manufacturing, product packaging & manuals, apps & websites, etc.


The Customer Support Centers offers their support in 6 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. They offer 2nd line support to local support teams in e.g. the USA, New Zealand, Australia and South Afrikca.


What will be your job?

You'll represent the company. Not only in handling phone call or writing emails. You'll have verbal contact with customers, write online support content (e.g. FAQ's), respond to the reviews and social media messages from customers, exchange defective products and reprogram them.

Who are we looking for?


  • You finished a bachelor's degree

  • You have fluent language knowledge of both German and English

  • You know how to work with different communicative channels (mail, socials etc)

  • You can work independently and are customer focused

  • You can work for at least one year
