Being the first point of contact and taking care of administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth management of day-to-day affairs and efficient use of manager's time. As a pro-active and enthusiastic Personal Assistant your primary focus is providing PA support to the:


  • VP Global Finance

  • Senior Director Financial Operations

  • Vice President Human Resources

  • First point of contact; correspondence & phone calls;

  • Screens calls/requests and deals with them appropriately.

  • Agenda/meetings management;

  • handling requests and queries appropriately

  • organising meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings

  • travel(- and visa) arrangements

  • conference calls

  • declaration-, legal administration etc.

  • Liaising with internal management, clients and suppliers;

  • Maintains and supports international PA-network where necessary;

  • Reception for visitors for all levels of seniority;

  • Preparation and distribution of legal contract administration;

  • Consolidates reports and presentations

Functie-eisen

  • Relevant educational background (management assistant / executive secretary);

  • Several years of PA experience;

  • Planning & organizing: ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;

  • Integrity: ability to handle company sensitive information;

  • Creative;

  • Customer focus;

  • Collaborative;

  • Organisational sensitivity;

  • Fluent in English & Dutch (verbal and written);

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills;

  • Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/PP).

  • Part-time/fulltime (24-40 hours) temporary employment contract (6-8 months);
